Price list request form: the residence you are interested in, whether you are buying to invest or to live in, your full name, your phone or WhatsApp number and your email address.
Contact form: your first name, last name, phone number, email address and message.
Blog comments: your name, email address and comment.
Anything you tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Information collected when you send a form

Your IP address and browser details.
The page you sent the form from.
Your approximate country, worked out from your IP address.
The type of device you used: mobile, tablet or computer.
Campaign details from the link you arrived on, such as the campaign name, search term or ad click ID (for example utm tags, gclid or fbclid), and the website you came from.
The pages you viewed on this website before you enquired, and how long you spent on each.

Information collected when you browse

We and our analytics and advertising providers use cookies and similar technology to understand how visitors use the website and which ads bring enquiries. The Cookies section below lists each one.

Our analytics service, PostHog, also records sessions: a replay of the pages you view, how you scroll and what you click. Anything you type into a form field is hidden in these recordings.

We send news about other Imaani Homes developments or offers only with your agreement. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You are free to tell us to stop at any time by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Your consent, which you give when you send us a form or message. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time.
Steps you ask us to take before a possible purchase, such as sending prices or arranging a viewing.
Our legitimate interests in running, measuring and protecting the website and our marketing.
Our legal obligations, such as keeping sales and tax records.

Who Receives Your Information

We share personal information only with the people and services we need to run the website, answer you and sell Regalia:

The Imaani Homes sales team and our customer relationship system (imaanicrm.com), where your enquiry is recorded and followed up.
Zoho Campaigns, the email service we use to send Regalia updates to people who tick the updates box on our enquiry form. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Google, for enquiry email alerts (Gmail), our enquiry list (Google Sheets), website statistics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement (Google Ads), web fonts (Google Fonts), films (YouTube, only when you press play) and maps (Google Maps, only when you open a map link).
PostHog, a website analytics service based in the United States, which also stores the session recordings described above.
IP location services (ip-api.com, freeipapi.com and ipapi.co), which receive your IP address to estimate your country.
Our website host and our digital marketing agency, which run the website and our campaigns for us.
Meta, when you choose to message us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to those messages.
Lawyers, auditors and other professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires.
A buyer or successor, if Imaani Homes or the Regalia development is sold or restructured.

We do not sell your personal information.

Transfers Outside Ghana

Some of these providers store information outside Ghana, including in the United States and the European Union. We share only the information each provider needs to do its job for us.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Object to our use of your information and ask us to stop.
Tell us to stop sending you marketing, at any time.
Withdraw your consent.

You are also free to ask us to delete your information. We will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, your local data protection law also gives you rights, including the right to erasure and the right to complain to your local regulator.

To use any of these rights, email info@imaanihomes.com. We reply within [time to confirm, for example 21 days]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you are free to complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana at dataprotection.org.gh.

Cookies and Similar Technology

regalia_attr (Imaani Homes, kept 90 days): Remembers the campaign or website which first brought you here, so your enquiry shows where you came from.
_ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, kept up to 2 years): Counts visitors and measures how the website is used.
_gcl_au (Google Ads, kept 90 days): Measures which ads lead to enquiries.
ph_*_posthog (PostHog, kept 1 year): Tells visits apart, measures how the website is used and links session recordings to a visit.
rgl_first_name, rgl_origin and rg_ty (this website, in browser session storage, kept until you close the tab): Greet you by first name after you enquire, return you to the page you came from, and stop one enquiry being counted twice.

For visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Google Analytics and Google Ads do not store cookies in your browser. Google receives limited measurement signals without cookies instead.

You are free to block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete the information.
